  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • ground pepper (to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Beat 3 eggs well. Then preheat a non-stick pan with butter and Olive oil. Add the eggs and stir gently with a heat-resistant rubber spatula until they become a little solid. Then flip it over add some cheese, immediately serve it.

You can add any garnish like spinach, peppers, etc. Just saute them before you add the eggs.
