Ingredients:
- • Onion, sliced
- • Garlic
- • Peanut oil
- • Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- • White Pepper/Salt
- • Broccoli florets
- • Celery, diced
- • Red bell pepper
- • Green bell pepper
- • Baby carrots, quartered
- Sauce
- • Cornstarch + water
- • Chicken broth
- • Soy sauce
- • Hoisin Sauce
- • Sweet and Sour Sauce, I use La Choy brand
- • Honey
- • Sesame oil
- • Red pepper flakes, optional
Preparation:
- Saute onions and Garlic add Chicken and cook halfway.
- Add Broccoli and continue to cook.
- Add remaining vegetables and continue to cook
- Add the sauce.
- Toss to coat the vegetables, and remove from the heat once thick.
- Serve immediately
