Ingredients:

  • • Onion, sliced
  • • Garlic
  • • Peanut oil
  • • Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • • White Pepper/Salt
  • • Broccoli florets
  • • Celery, diced
  • • Red bell pepper
  • • Green bell pepper
  • • Baby carrots, quartered
  • Sauce
  • • Cornstarch + water
  • • Chicken broth
  • • Soy sauce
  • • Hoisin Sauce
  • • Sweet and Sour Sauce, I use La Choy brand
  • • Honey
  • • Sesame oil
  • • Red pepper flakes, optional

Preparation:

  1. Saute onions and Garlic add Chicken and cook halfway.
  2. Add Broccoli and continue to cook.
  3. Add remaining vegetables and continue to cook
  4. Add the sauce.
  5. Toss to coat the vegetables, and remove from the heat once thick.
  6. Serve immediately
